Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot will automatically be charged a convenience fee of 50% of the total service cost scheduled, or loss of your deposit made upon booking. I charge a 80% cancellation fee automatically for all no call / no show clients. If you are 15 or more minutes late, you will have to be rescheduled and a late fee will be charged. I do my best to balance empathy with the need to protect the financial stability of my business. If you need to reschedule, please do so through my booking site.
